Outgoing messages costs vary by country.

Generally, the cost is $0.005/message.

Consider the below conversation between a customer & a business “Fresh Produce”

 

Customer: Hello

Fresh Produce: Hi Alex, How can I help you?

Customer: I want to know about your store timings.

Fresh Produce: Sure, Our store is open from 9 AM to 7 PM

Customer: Ok. Thank you.

 

In the above case, we only charge for 2 messages that were sent by business “Fresh Produce”

Note:
