We built WATI as a one-stop-shop customer engagement platform on WhatsApp Business API. WATI is a multi-agent collaboration tool with a no-code Chatbot builder, with the mission to help enterprises to grow their business smarter.

What is Surge?
Surge is an initiative by Sequoia India for startups with rapid growth. Sequoia Capital helped build legendary companies, including WhatsApp and Google.
Each Surge wave includes only 10 to 20 startups (and WATI is one of them!) in India and Southeast Asian markets. Through Surge, WATI will receive significant capital and valuable mentorship from the best guidance from experts.
