Commissions Model:

How does Wati charge us?

The subscription fee, which covers both monthly/annual renewals and credit top-ups for message sending, will be automatically charged to either your or your client's credit card.

How can my client contact Wati?

The partner is responsible for providing L1 support. For L2 support, please contact partners@wati.io via email and ensure your partner manager is included in the communication.

Do I need to manage anything after my client is onboarded?

As a dedicated WATI partner, you are expected to regularly monitor your customers' account health and ensure they are receiving the value for which they signed up. You will be responsible for improving adoption, preventing churn and increasing upgrades.

Will Wati be training my team to pitch and implement the services?

You will receive a Free Partner Demo Account and a comprehensive Partner Onboarding Kit, which includes all the necessary decks and collateral to effectively pitch a solution Wati to your clients. We will also provide a complete, recorded demo to guide you and your team, so you can keep it for future reference.

Is there an Onboarding Fee to become a VAR Partner?

No, there is no fee to become a VAR Partner. However, we expect the existing customer pipeline and closure timelines to be shared during onboarding to ensure mutual growth.

I have a client with a specific requirement. Do I have to pick a plan from the pricing page?

As VAR Partners, we understand your clients may have a specific requirement. Keeping that in mind, you can work with your Partner Manager to develop a custom plan that fits the requirements and propose it to your client.
